Studio policies
To ensure fairness to all clients and to respect the limited nature of our semi-private sessions, the following policies apply to all bookings.
GENERAL
Class access is subject to studio capacity.
Policies are subject to change at the discretion of SALT.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
SALT is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unattended personal items.
studio requirements
Grip socks must be put on upon arrival and prior to entering the studio room. Grip socks may not be worn outside the studio or inside shoes before arrival.
PAYMENT
All sessions must be prepaid prior to attendance.
All sales are final.
Classes, memberships, and sessions are non-refundable and non-transferable.
medical & safety
Clients who are pregnant, postpartum, or managing a medical condition must obtain medical clearance prior to participation.
Clients must notify their instructor of any injuries, limitations, or medical conditions prior to each session.
Proper form and safety instructions must be followed at all times.
Participation is voluntary, and clients assume full responsibility for their physical condition and participation.
arrival policy
Returning clients must arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to their scheduled session.
New clients must arrive at least
10 minutes prior to their first session.
There is a strict
2-minute grace period after the scheduled start time. Arrival beyond 2 minutes will result in forfeiture of the session.
This policy is in place to maintain the integrity and flow of the class experience.
booking & cancellation
SALT operates with limited capacity. Advance notice is required for all cancellations.
Cancellations made 12 hours or more prior to the scheduled session start time will not be penalized.
Cancellations made
within 12 hours of the session start time will result in the loss of that session from the client’s class package or membership allotment.
No-shows will result in the loss of the session plus a
$25 no-show fee, charged to the card on file.
Unlimited Memberships
Late cancellations (within 12 hours) will incur a $15 late cancellation fee.
No-shows will incur a
$25 no-show fee.
All fees will be automatically charged to the card on file.
